Jack Ma's Bio( second page, first page)

In 1995, Ma had founded China Yellowpages which is widely believed to be China’s first Internet-based company. Many debates have been done on this; from 1998 to 1999, Ma was assigned to be the head of an information technology company established by the China International Electronic Commerce Center, a department of Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. At the end of the 20th century, in 1999, Ma founded Alibaba.com , a China-based business-to-business marketplace site which currently serves more than 79 million members from more than 240 countries and territories. Ma has served since then as chairman and CEO of Alibaba Group, but he recently retired, and the world is curious about who is going to be the next global china CEO. Alibaba group holds a company with six major subsidiaries – Alibaba.com, Taobao Marketplace, Tmall, eTao, Alibaba Cloud Computing and Yahoo! China. In November 2012, Alibaba online transaction volume exceeded one trillion yuan, Ma thus labeled "trillion Hou" in the title. January 15, 2013, Jack Ma issued an open letter to employees stating his intention to retire from his post as CEO of Alibaba Group from May 10, 2013
